Delivery Cost & Times
To work out your shipping cost simply add your items to your cart, fill out your shipping address, and preferred shipping method. Cost will vary depending on your order total and the shipping method you choose.
Most in-stock, credit approved orders placed before 2pm will endeavour to be shipped on the same business day. Please note this can vary depending on warehouse volume.
All orders are overnight delivery in the North Island and a 2–3 day service in the South Island. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days.
Please note: there may be slightly longer processing times during sale periods and public holidays due to high volumes.
Free Shipping
Trade / Wholesale:
Spend $500 (excl. GST) to qualify for free Standard Delivery within NZ.
Retail:
Spend $150 (incl. GST) to qualify for free Standard Delivery within NZ.
Please note: the above free shipping thresholds only include our Standard Delivery options, they do not include any expedited shipping options.
Tracking
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section of the website.
On Delivery of Goods
Please check received goods against packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.
This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated as picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can replace but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods.
International Shipping
Prices shown are in NZD and do not reflect local currency conversion.
Note the customer will need to pay for any local customs duty or taxes on delivery.
Standard delivery is 5-7 working days via FedEX.
Your package may be subject to local customs, duty or brokerage charges. The purchaser, not AS Colour, is responsible for these charges as they are determined by your local customs office. AS Colour cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. If there are any extra charges to pay the courier service will contact you and require payment before they can deliver your order. Refusal of delivery will result in a deduction of the original and return shipping charges from any refund.

International Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact support@ascolour.co.nz before returning the item(s) for an exchange (Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or credits on international returns).
Please note: Under no circumstances will AS Colour contribute or reimburse any courier or customs/duty costs when sending back unwanted item(s).
